    April 20th, 2017 Fixed a problem with Unban Requests where members are incorrectly redirected back to the form, leading to multiple requests. Members are now correctly redirected to the new request thread.

    Yep, it's possible to recover your account if the player can prove that it's their account. Your previous IP Address matches the IP address that the character has on record, so yup, safe to say you own the account. I've gone ahead and changed your password. You'll receive the new pass in a PM. :)
