I don't think it is possible.

well, i've had some server experience, and it's very possible.
delete the player profile, iirc

Yep, it's possible to recover your account if the player can prove that it's their account.
Your previous IP Address matches the IP address that the character has on record, so yup, safe to say you own the account.

I've gone ahead and changed your password. You'll receive the new pass in a PM.
