For the record, Alect has discussed this with COPYRIGHT, and warned him twice now. I suggest these two issues be overlooked, with knowledge that the player has been warned verbally twice. However I submit that anything further from this player be met with a higher tier punishment.

Well-Known Member is not game based, it is forum based. It is determined by the quantity of your posts on the forum, not the quality or content. It does not differentiate whether you are well known for good deeds or constant spam.

1 hour is fine, or have an ingame voting system, like if all players online want to switch it to hard/expert mode, and if 1-2 players want to switch it to easymode.
