Additional Information: I've had to warn him multiple times about spamming chat with caps, and he refuses to follow the rules. After kicking/warning several times in a row, he came back as Frisk and goldenbuddy just to scream "where is my stuff" in chat. IP addresses match for all 3 as [redacted] , resolving in the UK. I recommend a temporary ban and a cooldown phase for this player.

Reopening because this player is continuing to be toxic, disregarding rules. Me and Alect have both had to warn this player on countless occasion for the use of caps and ignoring staff. Had to mute him earlier, which turned into taunting and insults. @IRC, timestamp about 5 min ago.
