This is mainly a demonstration of the possibility of animated badges if there's any interest, doesn't actually have to be a thing.
Another rouge idea, using balloons instead of plaques?
These are normal non-owner balloons that'll eventually have the rank name, some decoration, and some kind of specific animation.
And here's a test balloon I made for the owner group (bit bigger), it fits in the boundaries and resizes with different browser sizes and zooms:
All pictures will center automatically as long as they're 100 pixels or less in width.
