Sorry if I'm stepping out of line here, I'm pretty new 
Mainly asking because that site's my go-to for server surfing. I will use TServer occasionally to find servers, but it seems like a lot of players frequent Terraria-Servers.com ('cause it has some kind of google integration and will show up first on "terraria servers" google searches).
Would it be possible to make something like this work?
I don't know what kind of rewards should be offered but I strongly believe that bringing up popularity on Terraria-Servers would greatly benefit the server. Also, as a player, just the fact that a system for voting on that site exists would be enough of an incentive for me to vote.
