Okay Kleng,

I've given him a warning because he's claiming that he can't differentiate a person's build from a naturally generated uninhabited area.
I've also explained to him the differences and given him tips on how to tell; so he should have no excuses to grief.

If it turns out he's lying about his situation, and/or does more placement-griefs, I won't hesitate to ban him for a week or more (Since he's already been banned before).
