i was thinking of keeping the server but making it tshock when it comes out for people who just want to free build and fight monsters and also there should be a ranking system for special abilities

Hey Senpai, thanks for making a suggestion 
Before the 1.3 update, we had a TShock server running with the features described here. If you check out our announcement about the 1.3 server, you'll see that it's a temporary vanilla server that we're running to help TShock test out their fixes.
Once TShock releases a stable build and the plugins are updated again, we'll go back to hosting our original semi-survival server, and also a high possibility of hosting a creative server.
