Why you should be a Helper:
I think I should be a helper for the following reasons
1. I am on almost every day of the week
2. I have caught multiple griefers and hackers doing their mischievous schemes and then reported them
3. Some consider me as a good person inside the community and I'd like to help the people of the server


Qualifications and Experience:
I have played Terraria for roughly 1.3k hours by combining my time on Xbox and on PC

Hey Grace,
I think you'd really make a great helper but I think you still need more time to mature just a bit more and focus on fairness over your personal interests.
When you're a helper you wont be able to take sides, especially not your own side in a matter that involves players.

I'm gonna list some some minor flaws I see from time to time. I may be wrong in some of these but they're only my opinions after all.
I think you generally manage things very well however these are a few things that ring a bad note for me.
Keep in mind I'm listing this for your own personal improvement, I wouldn't ever do this to a person if I didn't think they would grow from it.
Don't worry about why there's so much. It's not that you do these all the time, I'm just a very very over analytical person:

•In moments where possible abusers were involved you had a tendency to exhibit over-authoritative behavior and would be quick threaten them with a ban, it gives me the impression that you might ban possibly innocent offenders without much consideration.
•General negativity towards certain things: What I mean by this is that you're usually quick to be the first one to make a negative impression when something goes wrong in any sort of situation.
•Slight lack of consideration for others: In the creative-temporary server you would keep preventing people from fighting Moonlord and complain about it, yet in the survival you spammed it almost all the time while players who didn't have hacked-Star wraths in their inventory would keep dying.
•Often you boasted about being the strongest player in the server when you only were at that point because of that same Star wrath.
•Lack of understanding of what minor things are wrong and right: Like how you-know-what happened with those vampire knives, and you chatted about them to the public as if it was a righteous thing to do.
•Lack of patience and self control: Occasionally you'll try to push to get something done in your favor.

Sorry for laying it down like this. I'm still really impressed at how you're such mature person for your age and how you've been doing a lot of really good things for the server.

I'm still on the fence for now on my vote, but I'm really looking forward to seeing how much you'll grow.

I have made note of all those things Yes, and I do plan on becoming a better person as I grow and mature

@Yes basically addressed everything that I had concerns over, but based on what I've seen so far, I think you have improved.

Since we've already established a few trustworthy admins, we're more lenient on Helper applications now. So I'll be voting yes. If it doesn't work out, I'm sure this will at least give you a good learning experience

I'm not active enough to make any up to date decisions regarding players. Yes's opinions listed above outline the concerns I had during my active period a while back, but if you're willing to better yourself then I see no reason to deny you the chance.

Grace, you seem to be there for everyone else, and you have shown that quite a few times, while I have been on and off the server. However, much like @Yes said, there are a few things that you may need to work on. But, then again, that is what the staff ranks are for, to test what they would do in situations and for the staff member to grow into higher positions. We do need more staff right now so my vote is Yes.
