I found a slight problem with the Player Reporting Topic on the forums.
It seems that a normal newly registered person cant file report on someone
due to lacking the necessary permissions
The Player Reporting section is purposely setup where members cannot manually create their own thread.
Instead, the report post is automated through the form link that you see right above.
