Thank you for the report but, unfortunately none of the evidence can really be used to ban the reported user.
None of the screenshots taken show proof that the user you're reporting is the same player that's destroying the tiles. I also personally visited some of the locations that you took screenshots of but did not find any griefs, nor history that the tiles were destroyed. (Could be a possible bug or save error).
If you discover a grief next time, please use the /report command. That method is much more helpful than providing screenshots that cannot offer solid evidence.

I did a /report and a server report, white was on thankfully and helped resolve the issue, and the reason why you didn't find any evidence of the griefs was because the server did a minor crash or something and reverted to the last save (idk when it was taken but it seemed recent) and i know that the screenshots didn't reveal a lot, unfortunately i wasn't there when he did most of the greifing and only got a few screenshots of small things, and it was a time when my recording program wasn't on at the time (the only 30 min it wasn't in 4 months >:/ ) i will try harder in the future to get more evidence
