make it so they don't need player name but only reason. cuz i don't know who replaced my WIP house with a wooden piece of crap

You're not required to put a player's name when reporting. Just simply type "/report My house is griefed" next to your house and staff can easily fix the problem.
Also, even if your house is WIP, be sure to protect it or use "/report Please protect my house" to have a staff come protect it.
