Additional Information: Nebula Armor don't let to have all 3 fully upgraded bonuses, if not mistaking. Also, don't think on spawn can't spawn so many mobs at once, especially with my summon.

Unfortunately, the screenshot you provided does not show any identification that the player shown in the picture is the same player that you're reporting.
If you can provide a screenshot that identifies the player then we can ban him.
In the meantime, we'll keep a watch out for this player.
