Allow the purchasing of the /i command, but for like a ridiculous amount of platinum coins and make it to where the player can only use it once, but not to spawn in money.

If you meant platinum BipCoins, that might be possible. We used to have a "roll item" command that lets you roll for a random item for 5 gold BipCoins but disabled it due to game balancing issues. If there's a demand to implement this feature, we can add it in.
In the meantime, the ServerShop will be your best bet

You could technically already do this through the ServerShop, assuming someone decides to sell coins.
We could definitely implement this if there's a demand for this feature
