Ok he's been banned.

Was actually going to give him a temporary ban because it is possible to have Nebula and Solar buffs together (Nebula's buff is shared).
Considering the fact that he should've been banned the moment he admitted to modding, I think the first 2 screenies can justify that he was still modding based on heightened suspicion.
